It was just a short walk away from the train station and the old town, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and a stylish interior design. I also appreciated the presence of staff at the reception, who allowed us to store our belongings before and after check-in. The availability of a lift was also a bonus, especially for guests with large luggage.

Ideal base for travelling to Krakow and sightseeing. Marvellous and good location, near the old town and the main square, and the largest shopping mall in Kraków.

The bed was incredibly comfortable with individual duvets. Skylights provided plenty of natural light without any concerns about slanted ceilings. The kitchenette and spacious bathroom were convenient. The location is ideal, with a Starbucks and restaurant nearby, along with a mall and train station across the plaza. A tunnel under the street made transportation easy and there were tasty donuts available. Absolutely fantastic.

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was conveniently situated near the train station and shopping center. This made it easy for me to travel and shop during my stay. the hotel was right next to a tram stop, which was incredibly useful for getting back to the property in the evening. Being in the city center was also a major advantage, as it allowed me to explore the attractions easily.
The lack of staff and poor customer service was a major drawback to my experience.

We had a really really nice stay in Krakow near the train station + shopping centre, many shops and restaurants and the market. We enjoyed the venue and its great setting. Also, it was based right in the centre.
